Digital Products Are Final Sale

Our products are digital e-books (PDF) delivered instantly by email. Once a download link has been sent, or the file has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase and accessing the content, you expressly acknowledge and agree to waive any right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate purchase – you were accidentally charged more than once for the same guide.
Corrupted or defective file – the e-book will not open or is unreadable. We will first provide a fresh, working download link.
Non-delivery – you never received your download link and we are unable to resolve the issue.
